Service Agreement
The terms under which TrafficSystemPro provides agency ad accounts and related services.

1. Scope
This agreement covers access to agency ad accounts, funding and support. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. Accounts & access
Accounts remain under our agency structure. You receive authorised access for the term of your plan; access is non-transferable.
3. Fees & payment
- Plan fees are billed monthly in advance.
- A spend fee applies as stated on your plan.
- Top-ups are funded by you and applied to your accounts.
4. Acceptable use
Use must comply with our Compliance & Principles Policy and all platform rules.
5. Replacements & SLAs
On qualifying plans we provide same-day replacement of flagged accounts. SLAs exclude misuse.
6. Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Liability
We are not liable for platform decisions, lost profits or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior month.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are communicated in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
