Advertising Compliance & Principles Policy

How TrafficSystemPro expects accounts to be used, and the responsibilities every advertiser accepts.

1. Fundamental principles

Advertisers must operate lawfully, honestly and in good faith. You are responsible for the legality of your offers, creatives and landing pages in every market you target.

2. Nature of our services

We provide access to agency ad accounts and infrastructure. We are a facilitator — we do not author your campaigns, and access does not transfer ownership of any platform account.

3. Compliance obligations

  • Follow all applicable laws and each platform’s policies.
  • Keep accurate business and billing information.
  • Do not bypass platform safety or fraud systems for illegal ends.

4. Prohibited content and activity

Strictly forbidden: illegal goods or services, content involving minors, human trafficking, malware, phishing, and any deceptive practice that harms end users.

5. Platform policies prevail

Where a platform’s rules are stricter than this policy, the platform’s rules apply. Lifted spend limits do not lift content rules.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

We may review account activity to protect platform relationships and other clients. We act on credible reports of abuse.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, with no obligation to refund spend tied to prohibited activity.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TrafficSystemPro against claims arising from your campaigns, content or breach of this policy.
